Terms of Service Smart Dental Designs
This Mobile Terms of Service (“Terms”) governs the SMS and MMS messaging program operated by SMART DENTAL DIRECTOR LLC dba Smart Dental Designs (“Smart Dental Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Smart Dental Designs related to your dental care and our services.
Program Name and Description
The SMS/MMS program is called “Smart Dental Designs Alerts and Promotions.”
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages that may include:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Scheduling updates or rescheduling notices
• Post‑treatment follow‑up messages
• Office notifications and administrative updates
• Information about dental services, including crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, porcelain veneers, orthodontics, aligners, and teeth whitening
• Special offers, promotions, and other marketing communications if you have expressly opted in to receive marketing messages
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your appointments, your treatment plan, and your interactions with Smart Dental Designs. You may receive more messages around appointments and follow‑ups and fewer messages at other times.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each SMS or MMS message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan. Smart Dental Designs does not charge any separate messaging fee, but you are responsible for any charges billed by your carrier.
Opt‑Out Instructions (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from Smart Dental Designs at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from this program unless you re‑enroll.
Rejoining Instructions
If you previously opted out and would like to start receiving messages again, you may re‑submit your information and consent through the appropriate online form, or provide your consent again in writing or through another approved enrollment method used by Smart Dental Designs.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is outside of our control.
Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the SMS/MMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including mobile numbers and messaging consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services who support delivery of the messages.

Program Eligibility and User Obligations
By participating in this messaging program, you confirm that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old, or a parent/legal guardian providing a number on behalf of a minor patient as permitted by applicable law. You agree to notify us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
Compliance with Industry Standards and Laws
This messaging program is intended to comply with applicable industry guidelines and regulations, including CTIA messaging principles, applicable A2P 10DLC carrier requirements, and U.S. laws and regulations related to SMS consent and marketing. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of receiving dental treatment or any other services from Smart Dental Designs.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Mobile Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective when posted, unless otherwise required by law. Your continued participation in the messaging program after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
